Imagine you have the power to pause all and every AI development for a certain amount of time. Do you believe doing so would be favorable to humans? how long would you pause AI development for human laws and regulations to catch up?
Pausing it simply means it wont get any better, but the already existing LLMs will function. This is not an AI erasure debate, but a pausing debate. the floor is yours!
