do you feel like you're able to make friends with many different types of people?

i thought about it today and i feel like i can make friends with many types of people but they're often somehow intimidated by me so that makes it harder. do you usually stick to people that embody certain characteristics or are interested in the things you are or do you not pay attention to that kind of thing and are able to make friends with a wider range of people that do not necessarily share your interests or worldviews?
