continuing font bugs

font customization isn't working in bulletin posts
I'm not sure if it has something to do with two different font codes co-existing or not
even when do it by hand using tried and true none of the changes show up
it displays fine in the preview, but disappears when posted

as an aside, another odd thing I've noticed specific to bulletins is that bold font seems to be default in random situations, then, when you unbold the font and look at the code, it applies font weight=normal... why is bold default? o.0

however, when you post, usually the bold disappears anyways (???)

font bugs above: used font colors in tool bar to make the text magenta, but it disappeared
used the highlight font color in tool bar to highlight the last line, made all font formatting disappear
the bugs are different in different text boxes so I'll try the same here:

this text should be red comic sans
this text should be red highlighted comic sans

*embarrassed* I kinda forget to add the backend components to bulletins for fonts (: It should work now, give it a test and let me know
