In large group chats (I have no clue about smaller ones, I am only part of one and its fairly large), it will cause a severe frame drop in the UI navigation on not just the single tab or browser instance, but across multiple browser instances and only on desktop, and only on Firefox/waterfox. I have tested this on edge and the issue is not present. I have enabled hardware acceleration and this also does not resolve the problem.
It also blasts one of my cpu threads to 100% and stays there, not that the cpu usage is a problem, its not, but primarily the UI elements and navigation across instances immediately chugs, and I have to close the group chat for it to resolve. On mobile this is not an issue, and on Edge, elevated cpu usage exists.
ps. (I think this is similar to the issue with the chats I reported on earlier, which is resolved, however the theme selector lags, and certain active themes (frutiger aero max, 2000's retro, also lag when you are scrolling around, the other themes do not have this problem (retro canvas and AIM era which is extremely fast).
Please let me know if you have any questions, I can provide more details if desired, thank you!
