🩷💜🖤 @marasuppukii Dude frrr, I'm actively waiting for the moment an older Natalia comes up with Alex possessing her now...like it would genuinely work so well with Modern RE, I think they made a huge mistake making the Revelations games be side games instead of more mainline titles. I think Re Rev 2 deserved to be a new mainline game with a bigger budget, even then it was pretty much a sleeper hit, it sold really well/would've sold more if they marketed it better imo and not made it episodic! >_<
i agree, this would be a great time to add in natalia! no fr, i mean they had claire and barry and didn't want to promote the shit outta it???? i think it being episodic definitely shot in the foot when it first released but they should repackage the game, update the graphics (which tbh the graphics are not terrible but people expect more nowadays, and maybe even add an extra hour and a half to gameplay?) and release it again this time with the intention to weave it into the main narrative. i personally think with the other remakes coming out anyway this will work, get fresh eyes on it too
tbh this could have been the storyline for the tv show they tried a few years back as a way to tie it in too

i don’t understand why the tv show was like a reboot instead of just an extension of one game. they could have just taken a dlc too from any game and expanded on it! or any side game like revelations, i mean the animated movies don’t really follow the games either but idk i think they need to really reconsider how they approach the movies/shows

Okay i love all of the games (that ive played/watched playthroughs of) but ykw
1. RE3, I'm a bit biased bcs i looove Jill, but it's genuinely SUCH a fun game
2. Has to be RE0, not a fan favourite and it IS really frustrating, but its also really fun
3. RE2R, my first game ive ever played and it genuinely has really good gameplay (and kinda got me into singleplayer games)

resident evil 7. i think it made the game feel scary again after it leaned a lot into the campy action movie bits of 5/6. plus i like ethan as a protagonist a lot
code veronica. pretty underrated. unintentionally really funny. overall a really good game and i like claire having a spotlight. excited for the remake :)
