some of these are definitely ones I remember being on myspace back in the day, others weren't but I think they'd see a lot of use :)

@Rose✨ oh right i forget that that's news around here
🤡 what, you scared of a weird nose and colourful wig?
@thersgo Normally I would choose to remove myself from a ridiculous conversation on the Internet, but given your miniature attitude that you couldn’t even write in a regular sized font, I decided to give this a response.
Yes, I am indeed afraid of the red nose and wig. Being afraid of clowns is incredibly common. Not knowing what a person truly looks like is unsettling, as humans in general require a sense of connection to other human faces for body language communication as well as other instinctual safety cues.
Then adding on other real life horrific details such as John Wayne Gacy and the “killer clown” epidemic of 2016, it isn’t very far-fetched to have a visceral reaction to any image of a clown.
Clowns are no longer associated with cute children’s birthday parties. They are more commonly associated with horror movies, and in many cases, calling out shitty men. Which are even scarier.
I’ve said my piece, and I’m out of the thread. ✌️
Could not have said this better.
Back when there were killer clowns chasing everybody, I became a victim and was running for my ear love when all I was trying to do was enjoy a peaceful walk around town. That will forever be etched in my memories.
@𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫 Omfg, I’m so sorry this happened to you, wtf.
@𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫 that is terrifying, same words from me.
as for @Rose✨, i'm gonna write for a bit, but i don't expect anyone to as much as give me kudos on it, let alone say anything else on this matter.
I'm sorry for the blunt reply — i was just humorously surprised over your rather direct "diagnosis"; and frankly, i wrote that one part in miniature text to moreso downplay it, but i seriously should've spent the basic time and space to fit a tone indicator on the end of it at that point. i'm glad you called me out.
while i've (albeit rarely) heard tale of killer clowns and such long after they stopped being that much of an occurance, i live in eastern europe, where there hasn't been the same history (afaik) and negative connotations surrounding clowns. along with my autism-related issues with empathy (in this case both in reading the room and putting myself in another's shoes) and personal strong positive connections to clowning and pantomime as art forms, i heavily downplayed the issue of "some still pixels in a not-inherrently harmful presentation next to a person's text".
i've got my reasoning out there. i hope it clears any ambiguous tone in my original reply.
@thersgo I just read this and wanted to say thank you for your clarification.
@thersgo And for the record, calling you a psychopath was absolutely a joke. I need to remember to use tone indicators. 😁
@Rose✨ yeah, no worries — i could tell it was a joke, but just feel like i slightly overstepped in my response given the reaction "^ ^)
i'll take em all, gotta have options ✨
Finally implemented these (:
@Def3ct Scrolling in the status update box is not working on iPhone in DuckDuckGo.
@Def3ct Actually, I'm on my desktop now and it won't work here either. Duck or Chrome. I can see more on Chrome, but can't scroll to the save button.
@Rose✨ Fixed those issues too =D
@Def3ct Sure did, tysm!
Not sure if this is asking for too much, but would it be possible to add the rainbow emojis (i.e. 🌈 | 🏳️🌈)? After all, it is still considered pride month 🥰
@𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫 absolutely, added those!
@Def3ct No I’m not crying, you are 😭❤️🖤

@Def3ct Hey bestie, oddly enough, I noticed we don't have the ❤️ emoji 🥺
@Def3ct 🤧
