I've kept a dream journal for about four years now. Some of my entries are just brain barf and some are genuinely good dream production...

So, reader, what's a dream you had? I'd love to hear about it! And I'll be sharing mine, too!

Here's my most recent entry:

I'm trapped inside a house with multiple people and an evil woman who keeps us inside (never saw her, though)

The house we were in was quite spacious and really pretty, but everytime you'd get close to the high fence one of the workers start following you with a smile to make sure you won't jump (they were terrifying)

I don't remember exactly how I got out of it but I did with a little girl, and we went to a small house across from the prison house to call for help (it was like a shed)

I told the little girl to hide between the bed and the wall and covered her up, just in case something were to happen 

I called for help, and the policeman showed up and he was handsome anyway not our point

We tried going to the door but it was suddenly gone

So we tried going back to the window but I don't remember what was wrong 

So we went back to the door and it was fine this time, but through the door it was pitchblack with multiple crescent moons in the distance so I asked the policeman to walk with me because I was scared of walking alone (plus uh? We need him) 

Anyway now we're out and it's nighttime and idk if yall know myhouse.wad but it's a map for Doom and the place outside looked like it was part of that map

We saw the high fence and many MANY guard dogs that, as soon as the policeman approached, just kept absolutely wrecking him until that man was a mess

Then I heard the little girl call for me from outside to help me lift the man up to get him inside 

And I left the small house to go to the policeman, and I realised that the dogs would neither attack me nor the little girl because technically we were part of the old woman's flock and they recognised us to not be a threat 

We somehow lifted the man up and got him back inside the small house 

But that's as far as it went, I don't remember if I managed to help the rest or if I truly escaped 

Ugh that’s so cool, i just never dream :(

didn't have any cool dreams lately :^[

but a few months ago I dreamed up that my cat [who is a male by the way] gave birth to a litter of 10 kittens, and today my friend texted me that she had the same dream like that

I remember a few things I dreamt last night.

I was in a library looking for Voltaire's biography but it was sooo expensive and I couldn't afford it. So, I started to work with Dr. House to pay for this book.

This is all I can remember lol.

I had a backrooms-esc dream and I don't remember much but here's what I remember.
The first level was basically built like a maze, the carpet was blue and doors were made of wood, and the hallways were narrow, and someone who I thought was my friend was walking around but apparently they were one of the bad guys.
There was a room where it was a theatre, and we were on stage, and an announcer said "WHO'S GUNNA KISS THE GRANDMA WITH THE PLAUGE" or smth similar, and the old woman looked visibly ill, she looked skeletal and the area around her eyes were completely black. Anyway, the person I was with was a little too into that.
I remember walking through a bunch of doors and going through a bunch of places, but the one I remember was GORGEOUS. GENUINELY looked like an open cafe in Paris, the vibes were so so pretty and there was food inside, and the person I was with wanted to go inside, but I kept pulling their arm BEGGING them to stay where we are, because the moment we stepped inside one door the world would change again and this beautiful place would be gone. It turned into nighttime when we took one turn (place was still as gorgeous as it was) but then they went inside. The place had lots of cookies, and it looked like a really fancy ballroom but functioned as a bakery.
Like I said earlier, the person I was with was one of the bad guys, so one of the good guys found me, they looked like a bird-man for some reason anyway not our concern. We were inside a really tight room and there was a door behind them. I was DEFEATED as I asked them "we closed the door, the world changed again, didn't it?" and as they opened the door, instead of the GORGEOUSSSSSS place my brain had created, the door led to an old video game's cornfield. Absolutely soul-crushing…
I do remember that we planned an escape and I THINK I made it out, I just don't remember how, maybe a scientist was involved and an elevator, but I genuinely cannot remember.
But yeah, that was that. Moral of the story, don't follow around a guy that looks like Clavicular.

I want to keep a dream journal but I have so many dreams every time I sleep (even just a nap) and they range from normal slop dreams to genuinely insane vivid ones. I have lived separate lives in dreams, over the span of months/years where I go back to the same "world" and continue living there until I die. They are almost allllll nightmares too. A lot of the stuff I dream ends up happening irl too, which is stressful because so many of my dreams are nightmares. I stay nervous lol.

One of the craziest, long running ones I had was mostly from the start of this year. The world was post-apocalyptic (idk what the problem was to be honest, just some kind of societal collapse). My entire town was changed to be smaller and closer. I lived just on the outskirts which was wild territory at that point. I woke up in my house and waked the same path to town every day. It was so weird. I was the only one left of my family, and I was pretty much just going through psychosis after enduring a lot of trauma from whatever had been happening, while also trying to survive and protect my remaining loved ones. I would get food poisoning so bad from food in that world that I would wake up nauseous irl. Eventually I died protecting my friends and some kids from a man with a hatchet who had been kidnapping women and children. It was super vivid and I'm so glad I'm not having those dreams anymore, lol. 

I've had quite a few other dreams like that. Usually I can tell when ones supposed to be another "world" because they have the same feeling and setting every time. The ones that are the run of the mill dreams have a very different feel to my vivid or prophetic ones! 

It is both cool and scary! It's also very exhausting. Its lowkey turned my life upside down (as well as like a lot of other stuff lol). I can't really work for a lot of health reason and the dreams are one. I can get STUCK in the dreams. I can't wake up until someone else wakes me up or my body gets so sick from sleeping. I should probably see a doctor lol. 

I have always had vivid dreams, but they've gotten way worse the last few years. I think the end of Covid was when I had my first major one that actually really effected me and since then its been a wild ride. Sometimes the dreams are cool though! On occasion I do this really funny thing where if someone is irritating me in the dream or I'm in danger, I just go to sleep. The people in my dreams actually get annoyed by it. It's actually wild.

I must sound crazy. Well, I probably am. But I choose to believe its a cool kinda crazy. 

Well the dream I had today was about me dying after working so hard to finish my bachelor’s degree. I don't remember how or why, unfortunately T.T

Are we sharing dreams? I had one strange dream last night. 

Last night I had a dream with a country named Desdien. It was very Christian and Conservative and seemed to be almost an offshoot ( think the recent Society of St. Pius X schism ) of Catholicism. I don't remember how I ended up in the country but to be granted entry I had to have an interview with the king himself, and he approved me. 

About the life inside the country, I remember there was a university, and I remember seeing a girl with the university's shirt on and I heard teens talking that despite the countries conservative nature all of the ""underground"" ??? activities happened in the university. I wanted to go but dream-brain didnt let me LOL . There were lots of different peoples in this country. The architecture reminded me of Spain (it should be noted this dream was in Spanish...jaja) I was given a big book of laws by the King. It was green.

 It was such a strange dream and even stranger the country doesn't exist, it felt so real to me xd
