i'd love to connect with some other Black writers (fanfic or original stories, i don't judge~) and exchange ao3, wattpad users. asking for no minors bc i can and do write smut.

you should! wattpad isn't what it used to be tbh, the heyday was the 2010s but i still love it for the graphic design of it all (making covers, pretty moodboards for the characters, etc). ao3 is nice for posting stories: you can exclude tags you don't want to see, abandon works without deleting the story if you still want to keep it up for others to read, etc.
@marasuppukii I'll give ao3 a look. I usually have no interest in fanfics, and like original stories more. I'll share my account if I decide to make one ❤️
@Jamz💋
sounds good! i tend to flip between fanfic and original stories, whatever ideas decide to come to me type deal.
ao3 is invite only (forgot to mention that) and it usually doesn't take long to get accepted, but i can send you an invite link to make the response time faster!
@marasuppukii yes please!!
@Jamz💋
i feel so fucking bad, holy shit. normally i could send you a token/link to bypass the line but they stopped giving any out to existing users :/ but i got the link right here: https://archiveofourown.org/invite_requests
i'm so sorry, i don't know when they changed that up!
im a black person who writes :>! i prefer to write poetry now in recent times so it's rare for me to write stories. however when i do, they're usually original ones, not fanfics like i used to write and publish on ao3, wattpad, & tumblr .. so i dont really use those websites as often as i used to (will, i still use tumblr but not to post any of my writing lol). so i guess there's no use for me sharing those socials ^^'
i am more likely to post on another (but very small) platform for writers that allows fanfics but leans heavily to being a platform for original works. i am semi-active on that site though.
i am hoping to see and meet more black writers on here!! im glad to meet any black writer honestly!!
@sunny
oh, i've dabbled in poetry before but never had the courage to post any! i'd love to know what site your using right now to publish your works :)
same, i've been hoping to get more black online writing friends, it gets so isolating at times.
