native sitewide emotes

hey

so i have a stockpile of animated emotes saved locally

but could we possibly have some kind of script in the bg

that parses a specific text string so it displays an emote

e.g. :hyper becomes 

:blowkiss becomes 

and :punch becomes 

many such examples but yea

i got a whole zip folder of emotes ready to go here
