I have frequent dreams where I'm in my childhood home, in my bed, but there is an ominous figure in the corner. I always wake up sweating. Super weird.

@nikobellic

i think i frequently experience smth similar to your dream, but irl

maybe my experiencie is kinda stupid, but whenever i turn my head too fast or im alone/nervous i see for a instant figures of people who aren't there

@kaixa I get the same thing! I have been trying to not work myself up when I'm anxious because that always happens

@nikobellic

it's always best to try stay calm, in times like that i always try to distract myself by doing or watching something i enjoy

When I was younger, I used to have this recurring dream in which I was in this little sorta box floating in a void that was split into 4 even rooms. I only very vaguely remember two of the rooms, but the other two were clearer. One room was a kitchen with a window (to the void), but nobody was in it. The other (most vivid) room had a bunch of adults in it who, from what I remember, were kinda standing around talking, maybe drinking. Sorta a vague party vibe. In the same room there was this little toy table, one of those ones with a bunch of metal rails that you can slide beads along (I hope ykwim). I would be in this room, playing with that, then I would get bitten by (I believe) a goose, which sounds kinda funny now, but at the time seemed pretty scary, and after being bitten, I would be scared and start crying, but none of the adults would pay any attention to me, then after a bit I would wake up.
Not really sure where it came from because I was definitely not ignored as a child, but maybe it was just a big fear for me, so it manifested as a dream.

@Tenseqrity

you have a great memory! i barely remind mines and as times passes nothing remains but the awareness of having had them. i like your interpretation, i have always felt that dreams are the subconscious trying to tell you something

your experience kinda reminds me of lsd dream... great game btw.
