I reeeeally enjoy baking, but haven't been doing it as often as I'd like to. wanna try some fun recipes, so feel free to share anything you guys have :^]
i made lemon biscuits yesterday and they were amazing!! easy to make and so delicious you can't stop eating them. last year i also made a very good pear/apple pie, i had to make it twice (one for my boyfriend's family and one for mine).
both were from recipes i found online, i think you could find different versions for them. i usually choose by what's easier and cheaper.
getting fun shaped cookie cutters is a big motivation to bake literally anything too lol

Makowiec, poppy seed roll. Absolute banger, with nuts or raisins, honey. Note that in some places you'll have to make the poppy seed mass on your own cause they don't sell it premade.
@FeatheredVampire hell YES I love makowiec!! I usually only bake it for Christmas though
madeleines are sooo yummy and you can cover them in chocolate and stuff, only problem is u have to get the molds
@Sonnet my mom used to buy crunchy cookies with a shape similar to madeleines and I thought that was the same thing...... forgive me I'm not the stupid guy I was back then. but yeah! maybe I'll try looking for the molds someday :^)
I really enjoy making mooncakes. They are my favorite baked sweet and they taste very good. I also just enjoy the designs (*´▽｀*)
