Adding music to your profile is one of the fastest wins on FriendRewind. Two minutes from zero to a profile with a soundtrack. Here is exactly how, plus how to build a playlist and how artists upload their own tracks.
Go to friendrewind.com/register.php. No email verification hoops, no payment. Takes about 30 seconds.
Click Music in the top nav, or go to /music/browse.php. This is the searchable library of millions of tracks plus uploads from FriendRewind artists.
Search by artist, song title, or album. Preview tracks directly from the browse page by clicking play. When you find one you like, open it.
On the track page, click "Set as Profile Song" — it is attached to your profile instantly. From now on, when anyone visits your page, this song cues up in the persistent player bar.
Click "New Playlist" from your music area. Drag or add tracks from the library or your own uploads. Make the playlist public or private. Public playlists appear on your profile for visitors to explore.
If you are a musician, go to /artists.php and sign up for an artist profile. Upload MP3s, add cover art, group into albums. Your songs go into the FriendRewind library where any user can set them as their profile song.
Send your profile URL to friends, paste it on other platforms, or link it from your bio. When they visit, your song plays and they can explore your playlists.
