Libertarianism is a capitalist economic system and ideology, its not left in any way, you should know that :P So you enjoy hating on others? Checks out. Libertarianism is about minimal government control. Capitalism is associated and influenced by the government. Sure, some libertarians do believe that corporations should be controlled by their own, but some also believe that that capitalism should be abolished (hence, the left-leaning libertarians). That's why libertarianism sits between the right and left wings. Now, the punk ideology (which I also follow) targets not only supporting freedom but also government corruption. So yes, you can still be punk and a libertarian. Y'know GreenDay is worth almost about 190 million dollars all together? So very punk!! :P Yeah, and they'd have a lot more if they stopped giving their money to support for others charities Plus, that's in total, meaning that's around 63 million per member.
