Even though I don't dress emo and dont have the fabulous bangs (because of my curly hair), I still deeply connect with emocore music and admire emo fashion. Emo is not just a music style, but it is the state of your soul. It's not necessarily about being depressed, but it makes sure that this feeling and other emotions shall not be hidden. They should be expressed...specifically through music!!!!
