That guy that played the chain-smoking crossing guard that never leaves his post in that one episode of The Adventures of Pete and Pete where Little Pete makes a New Years resolution to "change the world" and spends the bulk of the episode trying to figure out what that even means to him while also harassing the aforementioned chain-smoking crossing guard who he ultimately convinces to quit smoking. Yeah. That guy was cool.
