The worlde chealth leaders are fat slobs and the fact is they tell us not to eat red meat but redm eat is what our ancestors trhived upon we have to eat like cavemne and avoid seed oils and micro placstics. I wanna cosnume coconut water 8 eggs a day drink raw milk and eat meat. And fish. Peopel frown upon stay healthy in todays world but its so fucking improtnat its stupid.
