Particular Game Series I enjoy: Metal Gear Solid (Of Course), Resident Evil, Parasite Eve, Dino Crisis (Thanks Pops for getting me into both of those), Tekken, Soul Calibur, Street Fighter (basically most standard fighting games), Silent Hill, Half Life, Halo, COD, Dead Space (wasn't a fan of the third installment), Dark Souls, Pokémon (competitive battling), Left 4 Dead, Back 4 Blood.

Novels I enjoy (well some of these are pretty bleak): Kindred, The Metamorphosis, The Road, The Last Of The Mohicans, The Color Purple, Call Of The Wild,  1984, Animal Farm, Native Son.

I like almost anything that's either analytical or revolutionary. Like with the games listed, a lot of them brought something unique to the table. Dead Space was unique in how you dispatched enemies, Parasite Eve blended a shooter style playstyle with RPG mechanics, Tekken was revolutionary with its 3D graphics in a fighting game and etc. 

Metallica, MegaDeth, Pantera, Nirvana, Alice In Chains, Avenged Sevenfold, Three Days Grace, Black Veil Brides, Fall Out Boy, Green Day, Muse, Breaking Benjamin, and Alice Cooper, as well as many more!

A lot of different types of rock music mainly. But honestly I'd give anything a listen, I literally mean it. I can go full mainstream to the early to mid 2000s era of music. I even listen to what the younger generation calls Dad rock nowadays, makes me feel old haha.

I'm coming to a blank trying to recall movies I like. To be honest, I'm not super big into movies nowadays. We stopped having cable by the time I was in Middle School. But I always enjoyed classic horror movies like Halloween, Scream, Friday The 13th, A Nightmare On Elm Street (The Original Series). But yeah, most of those are tame and cheesy by today's standards. If you have anything outside of the slasher genre, I'd be willing to give it a watch.

I know I said I don't have cable, but I do have streaming devices! Anyhow, television shows I like are as follows: Marvel's What If, Supernatural, The Walking Dead, Anime (Anything from Black Butler to Hellsing).

I guess I'll throw my previous novel list here. So in case you missed it, here it is again.

A lot of these deal with social commentaries, social issues, or political type of narratives in some shape or fashion. I'd be more than willing to talk about novels like these!

Might be controversial, but I like the one saying where you "Don't meet your heroes." I think we put people on a pedestal and hold them to impossible standards. When we get out of character interviews, whether their a musician or actor, we come to realize their just ordinary people. Nothing special and each has their own flaws. Might be pessimistic, but I don't have any heroes.

As you can tell, there's a lot of action and horror oriented stuff. Always been a fan of gritty stories, or other series with enjoyable gameplay loops. A good story is important too, maybe some things that emphasize lore too.

I've messed around in MMOs too, I only play one nowadays competitively. Props if you guess the name of it. Hint a lot of WOW players have been trying it out lately.
