Fighting against rigid hierarchies and making the world a better place by training the next generation to be better while prioritizing the enjoyment of their youth is noble, and I wish I had people who prioritized the latter as much as the former growing up... As well as people who encourage the uncomfortable questions. Oh, and Uncle Iroh from ATLA. "In the darkest of times, hope is something you give yourself. That is the meaning of inner strength." Quite an important quote I keep close to my heart.
