Period films, war movies, westerns, but I like a lot of different stuff. In no particular order: Sinners! O Brother, Where Art Thou? The Witch (duh), Ma Rainey's Black Bottom, Open Range, Midsommar, A lot more I can't think of off the top of my head at 4:00am |
Television |
A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms. Fallout. Black Sails is an underrated brilliant show. The Lone Ranger (the original 1948 series) was WAY ahead of its time. When I need a good nap, but having trouble falling asleep: 'How It's Made' The show is great! They should play it for chronic insomniacs who don't respond to strong medications! |

Any decent adaptations of mythology. Tao Te Ching. Hitchhiker's Guide trilogy (really the first four books. Fifth one was 'okay'), American Gods, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, Trinity, Sarum, The classics like: Shakespeare Poe Twain, et. al. Anything by Joseph Campbell And my favorite, the most prolific writer I can find: Anonymous! |
