We had a simple gathering with delicious food for Aunt Janet's birthday. We grilled two kilos of pirit fish with a rich flavorful dip, boiled bananas and sweet potatoes, and bought cold drinks. We originally planned to grill at the shore, set up a table on the beach, and eat there while swimming, but the food preparation took longer and it got dark, so we enjoyed our feast at home instead. We were still so happy because we had plenty of delicious food to share. Thank you God for all the blessings received and for the opportunity to celebrate Aunt Janet's birthday, even in a simple way.
