sometimes, you can most definitely hate moments like this and blame yourself or your life, in your case here, your house,but, there is a but, yes, moments like this can also teach you to reinvent yourself like spend time without distractions, do something you like, any hobby, write something, create a journal, be creative, boredom opens you so many new doors to creation trust me. If you feel angry just let it go through some ambient music for example like Frutiger Aero, it definitely helps, and other things. You're welcome in my group we can chat here and there and we can all help, those from there.
