(8/13/26) what do I title this hi guys todays cronicles

Hi so I woke up at likeeee 11:30 cuz I love sleeping and I went to walk my neighbors dog and shes off leash trained and the freaking OPPS showed up and was like "yo bro its illegal to walk dog off leash" and I was like "twin im 17 this isn't even my dog" and then they told me not to do it again and let me off with a warning... gng this is the first time I've learned off leash isn't allowed and I've lived here my whole life.. then again I grew up with a cat and currently own a different cat (rip Ralph my goat) and a chud Boston terrier who'd rather go to the vet than go on a walk
