I believe it's useless to look back at what has passed.
to grow and change you must focus on what you have and all you have is now, the past is behind us and the future is not guaranteed.
life is beautiful because it never stops and continues, the way a river flows and keeps ecosystems alive. I think you should live in the now and enjoy what you have.
