about depression & hypocrisy

i feel like hypocrisy is kinda hand to hand with depresion

i find myself more often than not feeling superior to other depressed people, even if im JUST like them. 

a lot of depressed people feel strongly about others being judgemental of them, but a lot of depressed people themselves are extremely judgemental themselves to others without even noticing. 

even with validating stuff, depressed people are EXTREEEMELY hypocritical. "my reason isnt valid but yours is even if its the same exact scenario"

this isnt a "depressed people are horrible" blog, its just a self-observation of how depression can really alter someones mind to the point self-reflection becomes horrifyingly hard for some people.
