annoyed

Just now, we were discussing Halloween plans, and we were supposed to go to some pumpkin patch or festival, but then apparently they decided it's fine that we don't go, so now I don't have anywhere to show off my costume. We said we could go to the park but that's stupid, nobody's gonna go to the park on Halloween or in costume. So, now that feels like I've just wasted all the effort I've put into my costume. And then we talked about getting candy for our spooky gingerbread houses and for snacking on Halloween, and Alice said she wanted to go. I said that I wanted to go too and I offered that we both go, but she got pissy about it because apparently that's too many people in the car and the groceries wouldn't fit, so I told her it's fine she can go, and she said that I can go, so I have no clue who's going now. Also, I thought it would be better to have both of us go so we could discuss what candy to buy because parents don't particularly care.

I'm gonna complain about the car thing for a second because it annoys me severely. The very back row and the middle go down, so they tend to put both down for space. Now, I've gone shopping with parents many a time, and never in that time, has putting the groceries in the car been a problem when the middle row is up. When it's just me, only my seat it up, so the rest of the row is still folded. I have never seen them put anything on the folded middle seats. Not once. And the same is when me and someone else goes, like me and Esme went a few weeks ago. Was there a problem fitting everything in the back? No. Now, this annoys me because Mom said the bigger stuff (pet food, the waters we get) would be harder to fit in with the seats up. NO THEY WOULDN'T I'VE WATCHED YOU PUT THEM IN JUST FINE. And Alices complaint was that it was just too many people in the car. We wouldn't be packed in like sardines, there's plenty of space babes. So, my consensus is they hate me and are making up excuses so I don't go. Great day so far, absolutely super.
