Back from vacation

Hey! I'm back from a short vacation I took with my partner. It was for the most part more of a staycation than anything, but I did go to my first ever renfaire yesterday! It was so so cool!!! I'll definitely be going again next year. I got a really pretty dagger and my partner got a super cool sword.

This vacation however did really give me the juice to try taking my life back, I hate my job and it barely pays me anything, I've been wanting to get into IT/ethical hacking for years but I've been too unmotivated to do anything. I've never been one motivated by punishment, my hours getting cut doesn't motivate me to leave it just makes me feel worse, but now that I'm reminded what living life looks like I actually give a shit again.
