Bathroom wasp

We have a problem with wasps in the wall/roof of my house near the bathroom window so we keep getting them in the house. I'm quite scared of a lot of things like wasps and spiders. With the weather changing, I've been very alert and stressed of the possibility of spiders so check everything. This stress combined with everything happening recently (my girlfriend being upset with me but not telling me why, walking home yesterday causing me to be very tired, increased work from college, being ill, noise) meant that when I got into the shower and saw a wasp (no idea how it came in, the window was shut) I panicked. I grabbed my stuff and ran out of my room and have just spent the past 10 minutes sat on my floor sobbing and hyperventilating so that's fun, it was just kind of the final straw XD No idea how I'll cope the rest of the week because my days are longer in college than they already have been
