been lifting so much weight today and it was hot asf omg

I was helping my mom and a friend of hers putting boxes and stuff in a truck so it could be in a storage, we're supposed to get all out stuff together before the first of August, its gonna take so much time.. and we still have much to do tomorrow, I just hope my calves don't hurt, god it was so hot today and I hated the bugs 

I also got free a slushie today at seven eleven today so that's a good thing.
