Dude I was hi yesterday after like a month and let me tell you it was so good, I mean don't judge me it's a bad habit sure, but in my opinion it's not so bad when you have it under control and it's moderate. For me it just helps me w stress which I struggle with quite a lot, plus I go to a medical oriented highschool so somatology and this stuff is kicking your mental health lol, and don't even get me started on exams. I mean sometimes even the doctor can recommend it, idrk tho
