"Muad'Dib learned rapidly because his first training was in how to learn. And the first lesson of all was the basic trust that he could learn. It's shocking to find how many people do not believe they can learn, and how many more believe learning to be difficult."
So I rlly like this quote because I think the first barrier we need to overcome in order to be able to do anything is our own minds and our own insecurities. I can't even count the amount of times I've lost the opportunity to learn and discover new things just because I didn't feel ready. My fear has made me miss out on so many experiences I could've had. So, yeah, I think it would be cool to just be confident in something for once. I'm just larping tbh cause as soon as I finish writing this i'm going back to my old ways lmao. Anyways, I'm on page 364/572, a bit over 200 pages still await me.
I love Dune so much btw.
