Cant tell if this is AI or not (need ur opinion)

Was doing free comms and someone asked me to do their oc and gave me this photo which was done by someone else i think, but istg something is off about it... ran it through ai dectors but it says its not ai but im going insane.. does it look weird to u or nah? Idk the skill of the face blending doesnt match the beginner level skill in the clothes yk? Idk and the red pins look weird asf and why does one chain strap have 2 while the other has 3? 

Guys im so cooked, cant even tell whats AI nor not now, I would feel bad if im just bashing someones art and dont wanna assume but it just looks off to me, especially how the face is so blended, like one of those IMVU avatar faces
