my dad will look at his phone WHILE hes driving. like on the freeway tyring to find a tiktok his brother sent him. its so scary, espeically because i have bad anxiety and i've told him to not look at his phone. |

Yea I agree phones nowadays kinda suck I'm only on my phone because of Pinterest are chitchatting with friends etc but that's about it I bring books and a small sketch pad to keep me off my phone tho! |

Btw, I'm not trying to demonize phones in any way. I just think that encouraging corporations to keep on advertising these unhealthy behaviors is not okay and that we should try to limit the amount of time we spend on our devices (not to sound like an old person lol). |
