TWIN!! this is so well-written and beautiful, to see someone who isn't from my country sharing such analysis, i can definitely tell you felt every second of this movie. as a brazilian, i'm deeply moved :'].

and to see you talk about Fernanda Montenegro performance!! she deserves THE WORLD honestly, she's one of the best actresses Brazil ever had. not only her performance in cinema, but also in the telenovelas.

I'm actually from Colombia, but I've always had a deep love for Brazil and Latin America. Our stories, our cinema, our music, and the way we see the world have always resonated with me, so writing about Central Station felt very personal. I'm so happy that my love for the film came across, especially to someone from Brazil. That means more to me than I can express.

And YES!! Fernanda Montenegro is absolutely extraordinary. Every look, every silence, every word she delivers carries so much humanity. She truly is one of the greatest actresses not only in Brazil, but in the world. 

Reading that you subscribed—and that I'm the first person you've subscribed to—honestly made me smile so much. Thank you for trusting me with your time.
