Yes ik!!! that's what I thought at first too much then I thought that maybe the reason why you only see Athena is because that is the God that Ody actually worships more + the pin Penelope gave him + the fact that she is the Goddess of wisdom which is like all thinking and processing so that's why she was there with him. Then Poseidon was there but you didn't see him physically, that's why there were so many brutal storms and thrashing waves and Zeus was also not there physically but was the one to send down the lightning bolt that broke the ship in half. (this was a reason by my friend) but the reason why you don't see Poseidon or Zeus is because they have better things to do and wouldn't want to waste their time on a lowly human that essentially betrayed them (since Ody completely broke Zeus's Law and stuff). But that's just a headcannon thingy :p
