Honestly? Stop trying to make "Art" with a capital A. Grab a pen and just scribble until it looks like a mess, or draw something intentionally ugly. Sometimes you just have to lower the stakes until your brain stops panicking. |

If not that, then literally not forcing urself to try and break free from art block. Sometimes u rlly just do need to live in the slump to eventually get out of it
