Honestly? Stop trying to make "Art" with a capital A. Grab a pen and just scribble until it looks like a mess, or draw something intentionally ugly. Sometimes you just have to lower the stakes until your brain stops panicking.

If not that, then literally not forcing urself to try and break free from art block. Sometimes u rlly just do need to live in the slump to eventually get out of it
