i'm still a noob but i watched some youtube tutorials and i use inspect element a lot, complete lifesaver for me and idk why but for this website i have to spam !important to make changes stick sometimes

f12 in most browsers

lets you see the css

which you can tinker with locally

and it wont make permachanges or anything

but its a good way to learn <33
