Honestly I've met a few messed up people and it typically stems from trauma or other past experiences; not all of them but it's a pretty common denominator. I'd say try not to think about it and try to find the simplest answer and stick with that or ask them personally why they do that. Hopefully you don't throw up! |

not sure if you’re ranting for the sake of it or need advice, but if you want me to put my two cents on the table— you should take the time to get your shit together (i mean this in the way of clearing your mind) and possibly even consider your ties with that acquaintance of yours. sure, what they’re doing is fucked up. unfortunately not everyone is emotionally intelligent nor have the ability to consider other people’s feelings rather than just their own. you could maybe confront them about it, but IMO it’s best if you kept your distance from them. it depends on what kind of circumstances you’re in though so take my word with a grain of salt hope you feel better |
thank you, it was mainly for the sake of it but your advice is appriciated, i'm not close with them in the slightest we're more so mutuals and theyre a friend of someone who was my best friend but has changed, anyways thank you and i will bc that behavior screams that theyre not to be trusted
