I still need to read through it fully, but one interesting angle i’ve heard on Metamorphosis is it can also be seen through a lens of disability. Losing the ability to work and provide, the self-loathing that comes from that in a society that only values production, and being seen as inhuman for a state of his body he cannot control while having to rely on people who resent him. |

That would also make sense since I have know people with disabilities who feel the same way or experienced it.
The fact that he himself was having trouble with his new form can be related to disabled people as well!
I really like that this book can be seen in different perspectives and how people can relate to it :)
