I don't know but I guess they're just culture shocked.

I think you'd fare well at 2000's in the right circle and not have that kind of problem.

But unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case nowadays, things quite drastically changed mainstream wise.

I hope you won't have that problem down the line anymore, but if I were around you I would just be fine with you and just let you do your own thing as long it's not something messed up.
