I'm sorry you're having weird dreams, as someone who has weird dreams and nightmares all the time if you would like to combat them here are a few things that helped me: listening to meditation music, this calmed my nerves and lowered my blood pressure before sleep which helped with nightmares. Watching a feel good movie or tv show before bed, think of like a comedy or animated Disney movie. I also recommend talking to a professional if they continue for a prolonged period.

If you are an adult: high blood pressure is linked to nightmares in adults, I recommend talking to a doctor about getting your blood pressure checked. If you are a teen or younger then this is unfortunately normal but you should still talk to a professional.

I am no professional, I only know what's helped me and what I've talked about with my psychiatrist and therapist. So I definitely would make sure that if it goes on for lets say longer than a month maybe talking to a professional about what you can do to lessen having such weird dreams.

I hope that you're okay!
