i used to be this kid except i didnt talk like that, still recovering from all that lowk. you can't really decide if you want a mentally ill kid or not, attention seeking still show that you need help in some way and we shouldn't ignore people like that |

even as that mentally ill kid thats now an adult, in hindset, i get it. I needed help and I accepted that. But I had this friend who just straight up flaunted her SH... like would do it w a pencil in the middle of class, but wouldnt accept help for it even tho her parents were trying and then claimed they werent?? Even her own sister called her out on it |

as someone who's had to deal with this, I completely agree. What makes me angrier tho is that sometimes there will be groups of these kids who fuel each others fire and think it's cute to be mentally ill. |

I can definitely understand where you are coming from, but I do want to make a few points of why some people may act that way. All of THAT said, I do understand where you are coming from. I can definitely see in adults, teenagers, and the elderly how that may present itself sometimes. However I wanted to share some scenarios that may make it look like that's the case when it isn't, and it's simply just complex emotion. Of course, the cases I brought up are not every single time, however it is a good majority of the time these cases. |
