As a woman, women really aren't these ~complex creatures~ people really like to make them out to be. They are just, humans. The way I found myself with my husband was pretty simple, we had mutual friends and shared interests, we started as friends for several years and then became something more. My advice is to prioritize platonic bonds with women before romantic ones, it'll help with your anxieties and odds are you'll find someone naturally. You WILL be rejected, sometimes harshly, but that's ok. If you run from being hurt you will never live at all. |

The best advice I can give you is to do a little bit of rejection therapy. There’s a trend on the Internet of people asking random people questions, expecting to be told no, and it helps them realize that being told no isn’t the worst thing in the world. It’s okay to reach out to a girl, ask her for her number (or offer yours so she feels comfortable), and potentially have her say no to you. It will feel shitty in the moment, but nobody gets physically hurt :) |

you have to be approachable, its not really confidence that matters but courage. |
I have to disagree with this just a little bit. Showing some confidence does matter. But you do have to find a balance to not appear cocky and annoying.
