I miss when you "visited" the internet, instead of basically living inside this weird algorithmic hellscape

not saying the 2000's was somehow better or that people were nicer (people being people, it was pretty toxic/brutal.... *EEEEKK*)

nonetheless, there's something really appealing about going back to physical tech and making it feel like something you use .

For sure, it was very toxic and no where near as welcoming, not that as a society we've been so welcoming as a whole. But, I will agree when it was more work to physically use something instead of immediate access to algorithms and content nonstop.
