Leave the place if you feel like it doesn’t help, I don’t know how it works were you live but here you usually can by just getting ur parents to sign up a few stuff if ur uderage, i used to use those sleepy ass drugs they give and my only advice is to stop using them, you wont sleep for about a week but then things get better, this is just my thoughts do what you feel it’s the best, motion in what makes a human being happy as far as i know
