Hm, yeah I do agree with you. I think that's a huge problem with Major Social Network Websites like "Facebook", "Twitter" (now "X".) and others nowadays. But hopefully here on "FriendRewind" that wouldn't be a thing.... But so far here people seemed to be pretty chill and mature. And things here seemed to be quite organic which is what I absolutely liked here. And on top of that, I absolutely liked the Mid 2000's - Late 2000's Internet Aesthetic and Vibes here which is pretty cool along with nice customizations that unfortunately the Major Social Network Websites I mentioned no longer offer that was being offered by websites like "MySpace". So yeah, I think you can freely speak out here and share whatever you want and I'm open to listen. :) |

I feel that. Social media as it is today has made me weary about posting much. The measuring stick of likes has made me second guess myself. People on Reddit, Facebook, etc love my comments but generally my posts don't make traction. This platform, which lacks algorithmic sorting is much nicer for saying what I think and feel. oh absolutely, last year i learned a lot about growing socmed and it's so icky, and a lot of stuff feels really disingenuous, being on here is very much a more authentic vibe, it feels like a playground rather than a stage, you know? by majesstiqe; ; Report |
