As someone with agoraphobia I totally get this 😭😭 but I’m more of so scared of going outside for different reasons. Something that helps me is reminding myself that if I need to leave I have the means to! And something that use to help with my social anxiety is forcing myself to talk to people! I like to compliment those that β€˜stare’ at me too long so that if they ARE thinking something bad, they’ll feel guilty because they’ll see I’m a nice person!!
