coworker victimizes me for no reason

I work at a restaurant, as a food runner. This guy at my job, ever since I started working here I got this evil vibe from him. 

He always goes out of way to monopolize work whenever I'm there and he sees me, but when he's on his own he grabs one plate at a time. He's way taller, and the shelf that the food is on is taller than me and I have to use a metal stick to reach it, he can just grab it no problem. He's always rushing over to me and going 'no I got it' like, as if I'm not capable of doing shit on my own.

Everyone brushed me off when I brought it up but NO, apparently he was talking shit about me. Saying that I'm so slow to everybody else, and ofc everyones like uh no they're not wtf are u talking abt? and he's like 'well they don't organize the food when it comes down' WE HAVE FIVE FOOD RUNNERS LIKE DO U KNOW HOW THIS WORKS?

THATS HOW EVERYBODY DOES IT. One person grabs the food and sets it down and the other organizes it, EVERYBODY does it like that and he just hates me for no fucking reason. he's so popular at my job too like ugh, I'm so over this job.
