Cw; emetophobia

I’m gonna sob, I’ve been throwing up for the past 4 hours, this sucks so much I feel gross and weak

My throat hurts so much rn and i stink a lot bc of the vomit, it’s 7 in the morning and I’ve been awake since 3 am when does my suffering end

I hate getting sick like this bc it happens so often and when it does I suffer for the whole day… until I can get some damn electrolyte drinks and something to eat (so I don’t hurt my stomach more by puking mucus) I’ll be suffering for the rest of the day or maybe even tomorrow 

Even worse I have to do a math and history test today, so I’m missing that and if I don’t do those I can’t proceed in my classes…. :( sob sob…

I feel a little bit better.. only bc my stomach is setting aside a little bit.. but soon I know it’ll start up again the minute i attempt to lay down.. and I wanna sleep so bad rn gng

No but I do stink rlly bad from all the vomit. Plus it had chunks of my dinner last night so erm… thst might be a problem…
