Diary #3

Today was spent at home being productive in the morning doing things for wills. It's so hard to quantify a value on items that are worth more sentimentally. Like how am I supposed to price my plushies and Sylvanian Families?? They're never going to leave me 😭

Rest of the day was mainly spent reading, with an occasional break for games/food. The book I was reading was Wild Seed by Octavia E. Butler. Now I've enjoyed some others of Butler's books, but UGH I HATED the MMC. I was surprised at how viscerally angry I was getting at this book because of how AWFUL this man was. Butler's writing is so good, but I could not rate this book very high just because of the character. 

Tomorrow I am going to a nature reserve to do some bird watching and spending time with some new friends. Hoping it won't be too hot..
